11. Audit Financial Review Process

Annual Audit Financial Review will be prepared by the Treasurer and the Secretary then certified by the whole Board of Directors. The Treasurer and the Secretary will make all fillings to the State of Florida Department of Revenue as well as the Internal Revenue Service form 990 and any other required forms.
